I am writing you to let you know how wonderful an experience we recently had in selecting and then having our granite island and countertops installed.
The assistance provided to select the “slabs” was very helpful. From the thousands of choices available, we were advised on which ones would be durable, low maintenance, long lasting. Not to mention the valuable assistance with selecting something that matched our decor and personality. The service was unbelievable; once our kitchen cabinets were installed, Lawrence and his team came over with a very fancy laser template machine and got all the correct measurements. The template was done on a Monday and the granite was installed on Friday!
We appreciated the speed and consideration that Fine Lines gave us. They understood we were completing a renovation and did not have a useable kitchen and the last step to getting the appliances installed was the granite. I am still amazed Monday to Friday from template to install.
Every step of the way, Fine Lines Tile & Stone was top notch from helping select and source the granite, kitchen sink and faucet to getting it installed. First rate service. Most importantly the granite looks awesome! The value we got for what we paid can’t be matched!
